These Terms of Service and Conditions govern the use of https://converto.email, the services provided by We Talk Moroccan, and access to our CRM platform and client dashboard. By using our website or engaging with our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
1. Definitions
- Company refers to We Talk Moroccan.
- Client refers to any individual or business engaging with our services.
- Website refers to https://converto.email.
- Services include digital marketing, social media management, web development, WordPress development, SEO, branding, content creation, consulting, hosting, maintenance, and advertising management.
- CRM Platform refers to the client dashboard provided for project tracking, tasks, payments and communication.
2. Scope of Services
We Talk Moroccan provides digital and marketing services which may vary according to project requirements. Service details, timelines and deliverables are defined in project agreements, proposals or invoices.
The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.
3. Client Responsibilities
By entering into a contract, the Client agrees to:
- Provide accurate information necessary for project execution
- Supply timely feedback, approvals, content or access when required
- Maintain the confidentiality of CRM login credentials
- Refrain from providing false, fraudulent or unauthorized information
- Ensure ownership or usage rights for all materials submitted to the Company
Failure to provide necessary information may impact timelines.
4. Access to Client Accounts
For certain services, the Client may be required to provide:
- Access to Meta Business Manager
- Access to Google accounts or Google Ads
- Access to social media pages or advertising tools
Passwords are requested only when absolutely necessary and are handled as described in the Security Policy. Only authorized personnel, specifically the designated account manager, may access these accounts.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in proposals, contracts or invoices. Unless stated otherwise:
- Payments must be made before project initiation or at predefined milestones
- Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services
- Ownership of deliverables remains with the Company until payment is fully completed
Invoices issued are payable according to the method and deadline indicated.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- The project has not yet started and no resources have been purchased, including themes, files, hosting or domain names
- The Client is not satisfied due to failure to deliver the project or service within the agreed timeframe
- Any additional refund terms defined in specific contracts
Once a project has begun or resources have been committed, refunds may not be available unless otherwise stated.
7. Timelines and Deliverables
Timelines depend on project size, complexity, third party dependencies and Client responsiveness.
Delays caused by the Client, such as incomplete materials, slow responses or changes to project scope, are not the responsibility of We Talk Moroccan.
All deliverables will be provided in accordance with the agreed project plan.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- All work created by We Talk Moroccan remains the property of the Company until full payment is completed
- Upon payment, ownership rights transfer to the Client unless the deliverables include licensed third party assets
- The Company may use completed work in portfolios or presentations unless restricted by a written NDA
The Client warrants that all materials provided do not infringe any third party rights.
9. Revisions and Scope Changes
Any changes to the agreed scope, new functionalities or additional requirements may incur extra fees.
Revisions are limited to the number specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions may be billed separately.
10. CRM Platform Access
Clients with a dashboard account may access:
- Projects and timelines
- Tasks and milestones
- Payment history
- Support tickets
- Shared files and project resources
The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
Unauthorized access or misuse may result in account suspension.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, including:
- Business strategies
- Account credentials
- Project data
- Internal documents and communication
Confidentiality obligations remain effective even after project completion.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for:
- Losses caused by third party platforms such as Meta, Google or hosting providers
- Issues resulting from Client-provided content, instructions or delays
- Consequences of unauthorized changes made by the Client or third parties
- Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
The Company’s maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
13. Service Suspension or Termination
We Talk Moroccan may suspend or terminate services if:
- Payments are overdue
- The Client violates these Terms
- Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected
- Continuing the service poses a security risk
The Client may terminate services with written notice according to contract terms.
14. Third Party Tools and Integrations
When services depend on third party tools or platforms, the Company is not responsible for:
- API outages
- Platform policy changes
- Algorithm updates
- Account restrictions imposed by Meta, Google or others
These external factors may impact timelines or results.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Morocco.
Any dispute shall be resolved under Moroccan jurisdiction.
16. Updates to These Terms
We Talk Moroccan may update these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
