This Security Policy outlines how We Talk Moroccan protects the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all data collected through https://converto.email and our CRM platform. By using our website or services, you agree to the security practices described in this document.
1. Overview
We Talk Moroccan implements strong technical and organizational measures to protect client information, project data and account access credentials. Our goal is to maintain a secure environment that prevents unauthorized access, misuse, loss or disclosure of data.
2. Secure Infrastructure
We operate on servers protected by advanced security technologies, including firewall protection, intrusion monitoring and SSL encryption. All data transmitted between the user and our website or CRM is encrypted using HTTPS to prevent interception.
3. Access Control
Access to internal systems is restricted to authorized personnel only. Each team member is granted access strictly according to role and responsibility. Only the assigned account manager may access client accounts when it is required to deliver a service.
4. Client Account Credentials
In certain services, clients may provide temporary access credentials to platforms such as Facebook, Meta Business Manager, Google, or other tools. These credentials are requested only when necessary and never stored on external third party systems. Credentials are handled securely, used exclusively for the intended service and removed immediately once no longer needed. Clients may revoke access at any time.
5. CRM Platform Security
Our CRM uses encrypted password storage and secure session handling. Client dashboards are accessible only through authenticated login. Passwords cannot be viewed by our team and are hashed to prevent exposure. All actions within the CRM are logged for monitoring and accountability.
6. Data Storage and Backups
Project files, communication logs and shared resources are stored in controlled environments protected against unauthorized access. Regular backups are created to ensure data availability in case of technical incidents. Backups are encrypted and retained only for necessary operational purposes.
7. Security of Third Party Tools
When services involve third party platforms such as Meta, Google or hosting providers, we ensure that these partners follow strong security standards. However, clients must acknowledge that external platforms operate under their own security policies, and We Talk Moroccan cannot control their internal systems.
8. Incident Response
In the event of a security incident, we take immediate action to identify the cause, contain the issue and restore secure operations. Clients affected by a confirmed breach will be notified as soon as reasonably possible, along with information about remediation steps.
9. Client Responsibilities
Clients must take appropriate measures to protect their own accounts, including using strong passwords, avoiding credential sharing outside authorized channels and keeping their devices secure. Any suspicious activity should be reported to us immediately.
10. Data Retention
Personal data and access permissions are retained only for the duration required to deliver services. Client-provided passwords or access tokens are removed once the project stage requiring them is completed. No access information is stored permanently.
11. Updates to This Security Policy
We may update this policy to reflect new security practices, legal requirements or platform enhancements. Updates will be published with a revised date.
